How quickly do you respond to emails?
Correction reports are handled within 24 hours. Press and review unit requests within 48 hours. All other general enquiries within 5 business days. We respond to every message — if you have not heard back after 7 days, please send a follow-up.
Do you accept guest posts or contributed articles?
At this stage, all content on Global Tech Press is written and edited by Ameer Hamza. We do not currently accept unsolicited guest posts or contributed articles. This ensures that every article on the site meets our testing and editorial standards.
Can I request a review of a specific device?
Yes! Reader device requests are taken seriously. If a large number of readers ask about the same device, it moves up our review priority list. Email us at contact@globaltechpress.com with your suggestion and why you think we should cover it.
Will you publish a positive review if I send a review unit?
Absolutely not. Providing a review unit gives you zero editorial control. Every device — regardless of how it arrives — goes through the exact same GTP Testing Methodology. We have declined to publish reviews of devices that did not pass our standards, and we will do so again.
How do I report a broken link or technical issue on the site?
Email contact@globaltechpress.com with the subject line “Technical Issue” and include the page URL where you found the problem, a description of the issue, and your browser and device type. We genuinely appreciate these reports — they help keep the site working properly for every reader.
How do I delete data or comments I have submitted?
Email contact@globaltechpress.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include the article URL and the name or email address used when submitting the comment. We will process your request within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy.
